With performances by four outstanding groups, help from some terrific volunteers (many from the Los Angeles Jazz Society) and an overwhelming turnout by the jazz community, our first event was a huge success!

We heard some great music, enjoyed some excellent food provided by many of LA's jazz clubs and restaurants, and raised some money for our emergency fund. It was so successful and so much fun that many asked when are we going to do it again. This may become an annual event.

The music does bring us together.
